KeePass for Windows
KeePass is an open-source password manager developed by Dominik Reichl. It stores credentials in a securely encrypted local database file, protected by a master password or key file. The program operates offline without relying on proprietary cloud services, giving users full control over their stored passwords and sensitive data.
