Who is it for?
Developers, system administrators and anyone who edits code or configuration files and wants a capable editor that is not as heavy as a full IDE.
Good to know before installing
- Because it uses KDE libraries, it can start a little slower than very small editors.
- It is not a full IDE; debugging and similar tasks need separate tools.
